Caps are molded to move the hollow part of a ceramic package to the cover side. Large internal volume can be ensured with the acute angle shapes of the products we have developed.

• The cost of ceramic packages can be reduced. (From multi-layer to single layer)
• It is effective for extremely small sizes because it puts the cavity on the inside of the metal caps.
• The inner radius of drawn shapes can be minimized.(R0.05)
