Our group company, Yoshikawa Kogyo Fine-Tech started as a manufacturer of components for precision dies. Now they supply many kinds of progressive dies for motor cores and lead frames based on their precision processing technologies.
And, they are also available to produce pressed products using their in-house dies.
Our strength is that we can provide both of dies and stamping products. The synergistic effect of these two technologies results in the creation of unique technologies and know-how, and they are being used to make better products.
Our company has successfully manufactured interlocking dies for motor cores with outer diameters from φ2.3 to φ260 mm. And, we can stack laminations that are 0.1 mm thick by utilizing a precise stacking technology known as "interlocking" in the die. We are especially good at stacking thin materials, and we have a wealth of experience in special processing such as rotation stacking and differently shaped laminations' interlocking.
Demand for motor cores for EV and home appliances are increasing in recent years. We provide prototypes and mass-produced products comprising laminated motor cores that meet our customers’ requirements thanks to our unique stacking technologies, such as interlocking, laser welding and bonding. In addition, we also have established microfabrication technologies for stainless foil with press processing instead of the existing etching technology, and provide mass-produced products.
