We produce low cost and high quality intermediate raw materials for steel making peocess.
From molten iron from blast furnace, we produce molded iron (block-shaped iron), pouring it into molt, and granular iron (granular-shaped iron), browning it away and dipping it in water, so as to produce iron raw material of easily usable profile.
These intermediate raw irons are temporarily stored and used by melting at the time of molten iron shortage or production increase.
We also manufacture cool intermediate raw steel (square-shaped iron chip) by means of a special cutter, for the purpose of lowering molten steel temperature in the course of molten steel making process.
